Feng Chen is a registered migration agent with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). MARA is the regulatory body established by the Australian Government under the Migration Act 1958 to register and regulate migration agents who provide immigration assistance in Australia.
MARA registration means that Feng Chen is legally authorised to provide immigration advice and assistance, is bound by the MARA Code of Conduct, must maintain professional indemnity insurance, and is subject to regular audits and compliance checks.
